6th Grade Basketball Game
The 6th grade Oak Hill boys and girls play in a "Just for Fun"
match against the Lees Corner students.
A fun night out for the whole family!
- Friday, March 23, 2012; Chantilly High School Gym
- 6:00 pm (doors open at 5:00)
- Food and refreshments sold by the Chantilly Boosters

There will be lots of wonderful books and great gifts for the holidays. The book fair is a great way to get everyone excited about reading and a portion of all proceeds benefit our school. Several times per school year, the Lees Corner PTA arranges with local restaurants to have a fundraiser in which a designated percentage of the purchases made on a specific date go to the school. Percentages are normally between 10%-20%. Before each event, flyers are sent home to families in our Wednesday folders, and other promotional announcements are made to bolster attendance.
The events scheduled in 2011 are:
- Subway, Franklin Farm Shopping Center – Sunday, 9/25 (all day); coupon required
- SweetFrog, Greenbriar Shopping Center – Thursday, 10/13, 6:00-9:00 pm; coupon required
- Subway, Franklin Farm Shopping center – Sunday, 11/13 (all day); coupon required (download here!)
- Vocelli Pizza, Bloom Shopping center, Centreville Road, Herndon – Monday, 12/12 (all day); no coupon needed; delivery and take out included (703-435-7333)

We're in search of new or gently used clothes for infants, children, and adults! Do you have clothing your kids have outgrown, or that you no longer want? Would you like to see someone else get some use out of them? If so, bring them in Monday and Tuesday, November 7th and 8th, during Parent-Teacher Conferences, and drop them off by the windows overlooking the library! Or, have your child bring them in anytime between now and November 17th! All clothes received will benefit families in need at our sister school: Bailey's Elementary in Arlington. |
